What insurance providers does Healing Awaits accept?
Healing Awaits is credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, and Medicaid (MD). For self-pay clients, we can provide a “superbill” for any out of network services provided to seek re-imbursement from your insurer, which is not guaranteed.

Are you accepting new clients?
Yes, we are accepting new clients at this time. How quickly you receive services will depend on your availability matching up with the therapist’s availability.

Are sessions in person or telehealth?
All therapy sessions are telehealth, meaning they are completed virtually, at this time.

How do I get in contact immediately?
In case of an emergency, emergency services should be utilized such as 911, going to the nearest hospital, or utilizing crises supports such as 988 or grassroots hotline (211).

How long after reaching out should I expect a response?
All emails will receive a response within 48 hours. If there is an emergency, please contact emergency services.

All interested clients have to reside in Maryland due to regulatory limitations set by insurance providers and licensing boards.
